All Stickney, Forest View, and Central Stickney residents are eligible for a FREE library card. Applicants must complete an application and present the following:

1. A Valid photo ID - state ID card, drivers license, clinic card

2. Two proofs of residency - utility bill, credit card bill, voting card, insurance card

*All applicants must be residents of Stickney, Forest View, or Central Stickney. Applicants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Metropolitan Library System Card

Chicago Public Library patrons may apply for a Metropolitan library card. Applicants must complete an application and present the following:

1. A valid picture ID

2. A valid Chicago Public Library card. This library account MUST BE in good standing.
